Sighting: 04 STi vs. EVO : E.B. 80 @ 1210 am last night.
I figured this would happen sooner or later. On the way home last night, I noticed a Blue 04 STi and a Silver EVO following each other. At the Carquinez toll booth, they both took separate lanes and cruised on through. Of course I followed.
Then as soon as they reached the area in front of Marine World, they started to accelerate.
Going up that incline didn't slow them down. The STi seemed at least 3/4 car length ahead of the EVO. They were very close to each other and looked great together! From the way they kept accelerating, I figure they were going over 130 MPH. One of the time that I wished I had my camcorder!

Broken in or not, these guys were going pretty fast!! Their lane changes were quite smooth, no twitchy maneuvers.
I was surprised that they didn't want to mess with me (cause I was in my GTA). I guess that they were amused with each other.
Can't wait till mine comes in!! :0

I cannot wait to get a crack at an EVO. I'm hurting inside for the chance. My car will be down for at least another month though, but I expect things to start going very off very soon. And I for one and very excited.

Dont get me wrong, I am hunting for them too right now!! BUT when they put on equal mods, I am afraid it will be over
