First of all, people like that don't deserve the maximun. They deserve to have their junk cut off! No questions asked...and the worst part about that trial is the judge wasn't going to sentence him to hard time at all, but then when his intentions were leaked to the media, he took a bunch of crap for it and quickly changed his mind. So not only is there a problem with sick people in the world, but also a huge problem with the people of the justice system.
dude no joke.. a guy broke into my dad's house a few months back.. and attacked him... literally beat the **** out of my dad this guy was 30.. and dad is 60 and disabled. and my dad.. looked so bad.. face blue and swollen and black eyes jacked up neck.. the court DROPPED ALL CHARGES.
there is nothing about justice in our justice system... unless there is media involved.

Why can't we just build a rapist colony for these ****ers? Stick em all together on a remote island with zero chance of escape. Air drop in some seeds and bottled water once in a while. Let them sort out their own justice.

even if this dude lies about why he's in the guards will let it be known. He'll be someone's toy very soon. They'll most likely bust his teeth out and use him up until he tries to kill himself in which time he'll go into the O unit and hide out until he gets transfered or manages to actually kill himself.
I know people in the prison system on both ends and it's just the way it is. Criminals or not lots of these guys have kids.
Guy basically needs to watch himself. behave himself. get into a work program/education program and keep his head down. Try to survive it and getout on good behavior but they most likely won't let him out. Either way...jail for this dude will not be fun.
