Cesar, at least try to sell your car private party first... im sure you could get more than 7.5k for it... then you would have even more to put down

Ya.. cesar ask them how long the red wrx has been sitting at the dealer.. im sure no one will buy it within the next month.

Waiting a month and trying to sell private party would be worth it!

Or if you can afford to buy the wrx now and keep the RS, then sell it PP and put a big payment down once you sell.

+2 if you think in long term, you could owe less in a shorter amount of time. i always try to stay as little debt as possible.

Don't get an 08. You will likely regret it. Get an 09 if you can. That way you get more out of it.

I've sold one red wrx back in the day, it was an old guy who ran the local h&r block. Lol He loved red and wouldn't settle for any other so we had to custom order him one.

But that was back in the day.lol

Tranny has been improved as well I believe. You also get better suspension, wheels, tires, body panels, interior etc. If it were me and I had to get a new bodystyle wrx, I would definately be patient and take my time. Try to sell my car privately and keep my eyes open for other wrx's. Best bet is to hold off for an 09. It's kinda like buying a wrx then regretting not buying the sti once you realized how much good stuff you missed out on. Of course I would want to just buy the sti from the get-go. haha

You could probably get that 08 even cheaper in a week when subaru unveils the 2011 wrx/sti.

But at the same time, 09's will go down in price as well. VF52 ftw!
