short headlight bulbs review...
http://detailaddict.com/forums/index.php?topic=114
In sort, I went from OEM to Osram Sylvania SilverStar ULTRA to Narva PowerRange+50 to Osram Sylvania Xtravision on my 00RS. I was not happy with the life span of the Narva PowerRange+50 and didn't see it as a big 'performance' improvement over the either the OEM or SilverStar ULTRA. But that could very well be my driving environment, city, where there are mostly street lights at night.
In conclusion, I think for the price/performance/life span of the bulbs, Sylvania might be good enough for me for now. Who know, when this pair goes down, I might update the review and try something else.

Pretty good list.
Currently, I'm running Osram Silverstars +50. These are NOT Sylvannia labeled (Says Osram on the box). These are the European models. If you look around here and NASIOC and RS25, they're preferred due to the quality over the US marketted Sylvannia Osram Silverstars. The US ones tend to burn out due to the blue coating on them.

In my opinion, these are excellent bulbs that provide VERY good light. Only about $25 a pair in fact.
After these burn out (if they ever), I will try out the new Osram Night Breakers. Supposedly 90% more light and 10% whiter light.
