This tidbit of information was posted at the message board at Vishnu Performance. Shiv Pathak is going to have an opportunity to drive both the EVO VIII and 2004 STi, back to back, at Willow Springs in southern California.

more specifically it was at the Streets of Willow and California Speedway (and while we're at it, he's been cruzin' the whole LA county)

Thanks for the update, Steve. I know about the 'gag order' until May 1st, but can you tell me if Subaru allowed fully instrumented tests to be conducted with the STi, or was it for driving impressions, only?
