Yes, but as I had predicted (in my terrible ways) it was sunny and dry!

 

Not dry enough, obviously.

 

This morning I drove up 9 to 35 and met up with Rob & 3 others, we ate breakfast at Alice's. I then took 35 to 92 and went to the AutoX event but I accidentally drove onto the track just before they were going to start. My first event and it was fun.

Yuri was passenger for my first 2 runs.

Yoko S-Drives with 35 psi didn't help.

 

First real event running the STI since it's been back together and it's painfully obvious I need new rubber. Made for a fun day, but not very fast.

Fastest was a 42.296 +1 cone (That I can't find me hitting in my video, but oh well)

 

I ran a 42.299 raw. Only .003 slower than Matt.

 

I got down to a 41.118, second in CS, possibly first, depending on whether a Porsche 968 Club Sport is legal in the class

 

Good run for sure.

 

First time out in years and first time out in the BRZ... 44.2 was the best I could do today. I really need to stop attacking the track. at least i know i can hold a slide if i want to now =X
