I had a tough day. I couldn't ge the front to grip at all. If I even touched the throttle (even before the boost came on) I would push badly.
But this is also my first set of new falkins and I am told that they require scrubbing in.
My best time was 44.5 I think the winning time in STX was a 43 something.
We also had a new STI running in our STX run group for a fun run. He ran an impressive 43 flat.

I ran a 42.9 on my last run, but unfortunately I managed to hit a cone somewhere
. Still not sure where, but a couple folks verified later that I did. Too bad, because it would have won STX
. I think my best time that counted was a 43.9 or something like that.
I believe Rus won STX with a 43.1.
I dialed back in some more oversteer today (front coilovers to -2.75 deg, front bar = 20mm, rear bar = 24mm) and while it was twitchy, I COULD get the car to rotate pretty well!
Actually Chris, that STI managed to lay down a 42.4 on it's last run....and it was BONE STOCK! My friend Don (the guy with the Impala SS in run group 5) rode in the STI for a run and came out with one huge grin on his face

Well, not a bad PAX even with the cone....would have been a lot better without though
I'm out for Marina on 7/19 (out of town), so looks like Rus can only solidify his hold on the last trophy spot for the season. Should be in town for 8/3 and 8/10 to play "rally" autox at GGF though....
