I would love a WRB 5-speed '08 Forester Sports XT.

Too bad all the ones I've found are auto

I paid $200 to charity and all I got was this stupid title... oh, and I'm probably out to sea right now too.

Dude, do it. I bought my mom an 01 Fozzy S (WITH the bigass sunroof) and I fuggin LOVE it!

I drive it to the store sometimes just cause its comfortable to drive, heated seats and hers is an auto so its nice.

I honestly do love mine. Im gonna lift it, since I slammed my outback.

I would totally buy an 04 with a turbo if I could afford it, but Im gonna do an STi swap into my outback instead.

Foresters are badass. They are rugged, 4wheel drive, yet drive like a car.
Hence, I never understood why people dropped them. I love lowered imprezas and even outbacks, but Foresters just look to weird lowered. Too boxy and big.

You seen my lowered 98 outback?

I like SOME lowered Fozzys but really love the lifted and beefed up ones.

I am the other way, I think outbacks look dumb no mater what you do to them, but a fozzy gone hella flush looks just tight to me.

I completely disagree. The 04-08 FXT is actually shorter overall than your STi, and not quite as wide. It's taller, yes, but it also weighs less and fits more inside. Also, it has a tighter turning radius. Boxy, maybe but big, no.

To each their own.

I only moved to the STi platform after my FXT was rear-ended and totalled because I couldn't find a suitable FXT to which I could swap all my parts.

Really?

So my OB looks dumb but a fozzy with stretched tires looks ok?

strictly personal views we are talking about here dude. I personaly love the squared off look, and don't care for the rounded edges of the outback and wrx wagons.

My first Subaru was an '04 FXT 4EAT. I loved that car. Only sold because I found the spec.B I had been looking for for several years. I miss that car. Despite it being and auto with leather and the sunroof it was still plenty quick.
