Really Cool!
BTW, never thought to throw a link here but I took my Impala on the Road Course last month at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit outside of Tulsa Oklahoma. Very cool track, with lots of interesting twists to it (i.e. it was a DAMN tight track!). Was fun in the Impala, probably would have been even more fun in the Subie!
Video (38 MB MPG file) from on-board my car is HERE. Video is of the warm-up lap, the "hot" lap, and the 1/2 lap cooldown. If you look closely, my speedo is barely visible in the lower left of the picture....to give you an idea on speeds, "straight up" on the speedo needle is approx 85 MPH.
What DOESN'T show in the video is that as I was crossing the start/finish line at the end of my "hot" lap, one of the other guys was having a very spectacular "off course" excursion up in Turn 3. Destroyed the tire wall and everything! GM High Tech Performance magazine had a photographer there that evidently captured some WICKED photos of the wreck in progress...expect to see them in a future issue.
Pictures are here, here, and here (my car is the front one).
At any rate, how is the new track up in Reno? From the looks of the video, looks like a nice and flowing (i.e. FAST) track.

it was great.
i don't really know how fast i was going in the straight...
honestly... the straights isn't so fun because there were cars out there that actually had more horses than I did (shocking i know!
).... but where i set 'em up is at the twisties...
I just added two more lap video's so you can get a better sense on what the track looks like...
I have more vids of me passing folks... keep an eye on the page i'm on a video making tear!

I rode in a super 7 at sears point, they are very quick but also very twitchy cars. The one I drove in had no ABS, and stopping from 130 was always a trip. I want one
SD -- what turbo are you running? Beyond choosing good lines, your car seemed to keep up with some high HP cars even on the straights no prob! Great video!
