Bora Bora is NOT cheap. That's the celebs hang out. When the wife and I were looking at honeymoon locations we started with Tahiti and Bora Bora. We ended up going to Fiji.

It was probably $3000 less and we got a weeks worth of killer food paid for and a couple extra days. Bora Bora is for rich people.

If you want to buy something we should get together and buy and island in fiji. I'd cash my 401k out for that. LOL.

They were selling beach front acres for about $200k when I was there and that was the prime isht on an island with fresh water sources. And that was hilltop. Talking best views you can imagine. Talking take an out door shower and watch the sun rise.

For $10k you could live in Fiji for a month and live pretty fat.

Best steak I have EVER had was in fiji. Cost me about $15. Incredible fish. Nice people. Amazing nature. KILLER diving and snorkling. I spent probably 4-6 hours a day in the water.

Snakes. Apparently they're crazy poisonous. Like you get bit and you die. But you'd have to be an idiot to get bit. Very small mouths. Saw a HUGE spider. Some giant fish. Picked up a buffer fish in full puff.

They have a shark dive but I'm not certified so no go for me.

They basically throw a cooler in the water fool of fish and say go swim with the sharks. haaaaa.
