Sard Bov

is the Sard R2d2 suppose to sound kinda like the TurboXs Rfl? or am i suppose to adjust the nut on top a little?

the r2d2 does sound somewhat like a rfl but its more of a fluttering sound. you could adjust the nut to adjust the way you want it to sound depending on your personal preferance

i guess i have to adjust my Sard then because it doesnt flutter.

the rfl goes chuuu while the r2d2 goes chuuu chuuu. haha its like a double chuuu. i dunno how else i can explain it.

a well tuned r2d2 shouldn't really flutter, it should just make a WOOOOSH sound... like when a truck stops and the air brakes release some excess pressure.

im just kinda disapointed because i thot it was gonna be like CRAZY different sounding, but its sounds too much identical to the TurboXS RFL.....

anyone got a TIAL bov? i'll trade =D

you need to cut the spring in the sard. stock its too stiff.

Hmmm cut the spring? That doesn't sound right to me. Just order a new spring that's not as stiff. How much boost are you running and do you have a FMIC? That makes a difference as well.
