SantaCruz Subaru is a CObb "resaler"?

What does this mean?

Cobb lists "Authorized Subaru Performance center", "authorized Installation center", and SC subaru as an "authorized resaler"

So can I go get my ECU reflashed at SC subaru or something? And is SC subaru is working w/ Cobb does that mean it's still under warantee?

thanks,
Ambert

i don't know if it'd be under warranty, but typically authorized resellers sell some or all of the parts made by the company they're an authorized reseller for.

it'd certainly be nice for those of us in the Bay Area to be able to drive over and get our ECUs reflashed, rather than pulling them out of the car and shipping them to Cobb.

word on the streets is that SOA is coming down hard on all the dealerships to keep careful track of what mods are on WRXs when they're brought in.

They wouldn't be able to install everything, say anything to do with exhaust that's not carb certified. Or anything that modifies emmisions (ecu's) They are a certified smog station and so that would be against the law for them.
