What kind of car does she have? Something easy to work on I hope.

Who do you talk to at Santa Cruz? I'm bummed Bruce isn't in service any longer. I guess that happened a while ago, though.

I still talk to bruce. But I talk with Marc and Mike in service. Charlie. etc.

I love the staff over there. They came up HUGE when I needed to fight SOA for some warranty work and they always come up big when I need service.

Hopefully we'll be getting another car from them in the next 12 months.

oh and the wife's car is the worst and DEFINATELY not easy to work on. 2001 vw golf 2.slow.
In order to change the waterpump I have to take the entire from of the car off...yeah.

That happened to me a week ago. solid check engine with cruise light flashing. I made it home no problems maybe 15 miles, then just cleared with AP.
