aha! i knew it! it probably was a transformer or something blew out....

many people including myself, ave,eric, anthony, etc. witnessed a bright blue light and then power throughout different areas went out and started powering back up again...

that explains a lot.

 

we were at q cup and were like what just happened.

 

yup. it was liek eh wtf owell more car talk. then 20-30 minutes later the lights poped back on... weird

 

yeah some lights went out as we were standing at qcup
