Yeah, add me to the list. Like he said, the problem will be the lights, can't be too bad though right? haha We had 30 something cars on the drive for the first Davis meet. lights were dealt with pretty easy.

i was thinking that if we for some reason do get split up to to have places on the way to stop for a sec. like for example when we leave to go north bound from the great mall that on ramp is a long freeway on ramp. maybe pull to the side of that on ramp since there are two lanes and a shoulder pull over before the freeway , on the onramp curve and make sure everone is there and then get on the freeway at the same time then at least we are all on the freeway at the same time . just a idea but you guys get the point

I think its a very bad idea to stop on the shoulder of the freeway/onramp as it can cause accidents. Last year we didn't have to much of an issue. If people do fall behind, all we need to do is drive slightly slower or have them drive a bit faster to catch up

I just don't want 20 cars to pull over for 5 cars to catch up. Its really dangerous to other drivers. Other then that we just need walkies and maybe 4 people inbetwwen 6-7 cars to help communicate with speed and location.

dont get loss, stick with the pack...problem solved, Alameda isn't far to get to, and it's pretty straight forward, if you get split up, drive a little faster to catch up....caravan generally will always be going 65...

My maybe is weather or not I will backtrack to milpitas or meet up with you guys on the freeway...haha

anthony remember when we did ahq to fremont? that was at least 30 cars and we did pretty good even on local streets.. yes is was closer but if you have someone like every 8 or so cars to lead the pack thats works out well and bring radios. If people stick in the line and not start passing everyone on the freeway it should work out. People should have no issue getting caught up on freeway and if you are worried about not knowing were to go make sure the leader of each pack has gps maybe? then they can always get people to the right spots. Just an idea...

Yea that was definatly a fun caravan with ahq. And yea ever 7-8 cars will have a pack leader so people can still drive at a 65-70 mph speed and hopefully no dumb drivers. And gps is a good idea to have on every car so no one can get lost. If you guys have any questions feel free to post and give suggestions.
