just say you were going to leave at 8:59, but she blocked you in with her meter-maid mobile and forced you to sit for 2 minutes because she thought with a 9:01 ticket, you'd get off of it when you fought it, but surely not a 9:02 ticket.

PERIOD and that even tho her clock said 902am its not fair for her to have done that, im sure someone downtown will see the ticket call bs and be done with it
