Sac Raceway grudge night
Anyone going up to the drags on Saturday night?
For no other reason other than pure stupidity we plan to run our Time Attack car at the drags this Saturday..
If nothing else it could be a spectacular break for our car be it either axles or motor, the reason I say motor is in part why we are running. Earlier this week I was doing some testing on the car finishing up around 11pm, I decided to come in early and complete my testing the next morning. I was running the car at 25psi for these tests and with nothing changed the first run the next morning yielded over 40psi of boost. So now with a motor down in excess of 10% we decided that seeing as we're removing the motor on Sunday anyway to prep for an event next month we might as well see what she'll do at the drags.
If your in the Sac area and bored come out and hang out.

Wow such faith
Mind you if I posted the leakdown numbers for the motor after over a year of damn hard track usage as well as not just this past overboost but several over the past year while we worked on a reliable boost control method you might well be totally justified

Fine, fine, I'll add a second to that, so 11.248. I mean... you guys are probably going to run faster than "Mr. 11.7 on a stock turbo." You'll be 1000lbs lighter than him.
