A good place to "gather" at would be Golfland here in Roseville. That way we can just go up I-80 and get off the freeway to go there. Its the Foresthill exit I believe in auburn, not 100% sure though. From there, it doesnt seem like too hard to find... But we have to make sure to get gas before we go on that curvy stretch.
For time, how about around 9am? I know thats early, but it would be good to get going early rather than later.

WOW I just finished the web site for MosquitoRidge Road.
I had heard about this road sometime ago but the web site puts it right in your home.
I had alway liked the Livermore Mines Rd.
But this new road appears to be a killer.

Oh, and in case nobody knows, the Golfland we are meeting at is off of I-80 in Roseville at the Eureka exit. You just get off the freeway and go straight at the light and its right there.

What time do you think you guys will be back in Roseville by? I've got to spend some quality time with the gf on Sunday, but I'm up for an early drive. My bright shiny new DP is just aching to be turned into a nice shade of orange
Is Mosquito Ridge an out-and-back or is there a way to make a loop out of it?

btw, heres a map of Foresthill and how to get to the road, its pretty easy: http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py?Pyt...mag=8&newmag=9
I think we will be back around 1-2, I have no idea... Its pretty much an out and back, unless you want to go north to I-80, but I dont suggest that as traffic can get fairly bad on sunday afternoons.

Just want to clarify, Mosquito Ridge Rd = Route 96?
Anyway, for anyone heading back to west Sac, if you have time, you can do hwy 49 + salmon fall rd back to hwy 50. That road's pretty fun too when there's no traffic

Actually, wait a second... it looks like you can go up through forest route 43 and reconnect with Foresthill road and make a loup back around... But it doesnt look as fun as just turning around and going back on Mosquito

I don't see what's wrong with going back the same way. Its like a whole new road by going backward anyway
I would actually _WANT_ to go back on the same road.

cop a quick left and back down the feather river canyon, oh stop for coffee in Quincy.
But I need to say Mosquito is bad!
Two weeks ago I need to go to Derth Valley meet some folks.
ANOTHER KICKIT ROAD is HY178 is is flat of rolling road thru the Panament Valley.
