How long is the drive? I usually go north for road trips, so I no know.

From San Jose its about 3 hours~ A caravan would be fun and I would say early morning would be best.

haha true, our caravan to bam last year like 20-25 cars deep, the chp just stared and couldnt do anything.

10am start figure leave san jose by 7 at the latest if it were a drive the day of, probably earlier to get there in plenty time

i think santa Barbara is more then 3 hours away last time we left at 6am and got there at 11
