S.C. / Monterey... How about a fundraiser?
Hey Rexers…
Here are the basics:
-Your car in a Calendar
-Girls (or Guys) modeling with your car
-Publicity for I-Club
-Help a local college cheerleading squad
Detail:
My wife coaches the co-ed cheerleading, dance and stunt team at Cabrillo College. They aren’t funded by the school in any shape or form, and it is an expensive sport to participate in. They are looking for some ways to get publicity, raise some money and have some fun. Additionally, if you might be interested in joining the team, they are always looking for new members.
The idea is simply to get a group of our local cars/owners (greater Bay Area is welcomed to join in, too.) together with the squad, a photographer and we make a day of it. We would put a Bio of the owner with the pictures, the auto stats (mods, etc) and anything else that might make sense. Some solo shots of the hotter cars, group shots, etc.
Nothing is in stone yet, im just trying to get a feel.

maybe like a flyer or something would be good also and meet up with everybody in seaside on the saturday night meets.

i'm going to warn everyone that none of the cabrillo cheerleaders are hot. ****CAUTION**** THEY ARE NOT HOT. and there are a couple dudes, so yea.

and i mean, every guy has an image of what a cheerleader should look like, especially a college cheerleader, and well, none of the females on the cabrillo squad fit that image.

If what you are saying is true about the rape thing, you need to call me immediately. PM me and I will send you my number.
As for the douchebag comment, I am not sure where you would get that impression, as I know all the guys fairly well. I end up spending a lot of time around the squad, since my wife is the coach and havent had any problems with anyone in particular, other than some occasional flakiness of one or two of the guys.
