It's not that I don't wanna swear. I have a sailor mouth and the dirty mind of ron jeremy.
I just wanna keep everyones focus on the cars.
Me a mod?! I still think that it would be a conflict of interest. I do have my own site and that's alot of work already. here in this place I can at least "let my hair down" so to speak and just chill.

being that Off Topic is probably the most frequented forum... i'd venture to guess that NOT EVERYBODY just want to talk cars 24/7....
good thing u have your own board... but i went there... and they were talking about non-car topics

posts like that should go to the "bin"

Sounds Good
We are all big boys and girls... no need to have rules fit for kindergartners... I agree with Chris though... there has to be some sort of warning / punishment for people who are truly trolling on the site (even if they are not swearing) Trolls are Trolls.

Karma
Has anyone read the idea in RS25 called Karma? Instead of mods stronghanding users, users can strike karma points against a user if he/she is offensive.....enough karma points = sideline. It'd have to be monitored to make sure it isn't abused against the resident Republicans
but I thought it was a great idea.

Re: Karma
that's pretty cool! Damn, I've been on rs25.com since the beginning (member #2) and I don't even know about that!
I think it's a cool idea. Hope people don't abuse it.

the karma rule is much like another rule that was discussed over ten years ago regarding poor driving behavior.
everyone would have sticky darts (or the like) when you say an abusive/poor driver you'd place a dart on the car. This way officers and the public could spot/steer away from/ticket the moron behind the wheel.
