Room w/ Parking for rent in SF

If this is in the wrong section, please forgive me.

Came back from vacation expecting to kick out our douchebag roomate. Got lucky and he sent all of us notice that he was leaving eff. 9/30/10. Got a couple leads on new roomates from some friends of friends, and another roomate put up a CL ad. But, thought I'd extend the search a little.

It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in The Presidio National Park with front & backyards. You'd be sharing the main bathroom with two of us, the other is the master bath.

Rent is $650/mo +utilities which run ~$50ea, $65ea if its been really cold.
We have Directv HD w/ some movie channels & on demand, netflix streaming. We've got a media center hooked up to the tv with tons of movies & tv on it. Comcast is coming out next week to hook up the new cable interwebs business line with guaranteed 16 down 2 up.

Parking is an additional $15/mo. Outdoor, but no DPT, no street cleaning, no tickets.

We're on the Marina end of The Presidio, which has great weather. We're walking distance to The GG bridge, Lucasfilm, Starbucks, Chrissy Field, YMCA gym pool n tennis courts, rock climbing gym, lacrosse field, soccer field, n baseball fields, Chestnut st w/ all the Marina bars & food, Union st w/ more bars & food, Clement street w/ azn food & bars, and Trader Joes on either Masonic, or Bay. Not too far from In n Out @ Fisherman's Wharf either.

The Presidio runs its own free shuttle service downtown and back. It is exclusively for residents & employees. NO MUNI PROBLEMS. My roomate uses it daily to get to work and its always ontime, clean, and free of troublemakers.

Our landlord allows 1 dog or cat you just need to pay the $500 pet deposit. We'd like to have a dog.

Landlord does do a credit check, and criminal background check, which costs $36 iirc.

The three of us are pretty chill. I work for a nonprofit here in the park. One guy works for a frozen yogurt shop, nightclub security & is getting his nursing degree. The last guy works for a computer co. downtown. We all work evenings, so if you're an early morning person it might not work.

We're not neat freaks, we just ask that you keep the common areas relatively free of your junk, drop your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and chip in from time to time.

4/20 peeps. None of us have a problem with it. BUT, this is Federal property, and is patrolled by Federal cops. Makes the area real safe, but they don't give a s*** about state & city laws. Translation... use your best judgement. We do have families with young kids on either side of us. Other stuff... GTFO.

If you're interested, or know anyone shoot me a PM

Thanks

Free bump - it sounds like a great place. I've always wanted to live in the Presidio.

Just general repeated douchebaggery.

The kind of guy that will ***** about things not being right/clean but not lift a finger to do anything about it even though 9/10 times it's his mess he's complaining about.

Krinkles... you've got a PM

You mean section 8/ghetto? No.

The leasing office's photo. Our bldg doesn't have that ugly bush, or nearly as many telephone wires.

Got someone pending, but still available.
