My roommate is moving out at the end of the month so I'm looking for someone to occupy the other room. I live in the Communications Hill area in a rented three-story townhouse which is 3bdrm/3.5ba, which means every bedroom us a master suite. The place will be shared by myself, my girlfriend, my mom, & a small dog. This is a perfect spot for any young professionals like myself. Couples are welcomed as well. The room is on the third floor next to mine, since my mom occupies the room on the first floor. Keep in mind thar this is more of a mellow family environment so no parties or rowdiness as it has caused issues in the past with neighbors. Room will be available for show by December 1st.

Details:

•Rent: $2100/mo divided by 3 so roughly $700 for the room plus utilities which will also be divided per person.
•Lease Term: 6 months but may extend if needed.
•Washer and dryer (full size) is available to use inside on the first floor.
•Kitchen is free to use at any time
•Family room is located on the 2nd floor with the kitchen and can be used anytime as well.
•Parking Permit will be given to you as well since I use the garage.

Bump for a nice place to live. $700 is a good price for what you get IMO.One of my good friends lived in this same complex and it is very nice.

 

gahhh im looking for a place now, but 3 bedroom. not alot of places are blatant about 215. if u have 2 more rooms, id be a game

 

Hey guys, yeah it is a nice place to live. HOWEVER, landlord decided to be a dick and make us renew the contract so that all tenant information would be up to date. I was told I had the option to find another roommate and continue to live here, but he just told me this afternoon that since we'd be renewing a lease, we would have to pay the first and last months rent PLUS a security deposit of an additional $2100 making the total to be $6300 due at signing by december 15th. Aint that a bicth!? Well anyways, I don't have that kind of money so me and my girl are on the hunt for a place now. If anyone knows anyone renting out a room lemme know! And I apologize if I got anyones hopes up but I was misinformed of my options.

 

So that's your car... haha, I always go up there to chill.
