Things are shaping up.

Looks like Todd is probably gonna come up Friday night and ride Sat. Then head out to go 4x4 with his buddy.

So Sat we should have 8 riding. And Sunday we'll have 7.

So far it looks like most folks are heading out at different times on friday. I've got Friday/Sat/Sun/Mon off so I'm heading on Thursday night on the late tip after I tuck my daughter in or at least eat dinner and hang out with her.

Gonna bust hump tonight on the house. Try to make a big enough dent that the wife forgets I'll be gone for 4 days. LOL!

Anyone need anything?

I've got 2 brand new pairs of boots. I've got extra pants and extra boards.

Food wise... I'll probably stop by and pick up meat for sat night. If I do that, it'll probably be my portion of the food bill for the weekend. LOL! Not gonna be cheap. I'm gonna have my brother pick up a couple cases of beer. I figure between the 5 gallons from Steve if we all take care of a case we'll be set.

I think we're down on water up there so if you think about it... grab a case of water. I think we only have a half case left and with our group we'll kill a case every day easy.

So if I do the meat... skirt steak and sausage ok by you guys or you want me to grab some chicken too?
I just got 2 packages of hot links from my coworker I can throw into it as well.

Cool man. Do you want to link up on the late tip going up Thursday night or meet up friday morning at the pad so you can dump off your unneeded and carpool to the mountain.

Looking forward to the trip.

Telling you man... you're not gonna want to miss one from here on out. It's always a really good time.

Anyone that's gonna be riding 3/4 days might want to consider getting a season pass.

I think the season passes go on sale March 14. If it's the same as last year they'll be $399. You can finish out this season on it and it's good for all of next season as well.

Figure lift tickets are like $62... ride 4 days and that's $248.

2 more days and it's essentially paid off. You could probably pay it off this year and ride Bear Valley for free next year.

I've already got a season pass so I'll be renewing mine before the rates go up. I think it's $379 for me.

Honestly think Bear Valley is on crack. With the multi-passes that are being offered out in Tahoe now Bear is charging WAY too much for passes. If you get one at the start of the season it's $469. That's insane... and so is $67 peak tickets. It's just stupid.

The resorts are shooting themselves in the foot with these ticket prices. Is it more profitable to have someone ride 2 days a year at $67 and 5 days at $55? It may not seem like the ticket prices is that big of a difference but mentally it is. You want people to show up. Buy food. Buy beer. No one shows up... no food. No beer.

Oh... and if you hang out until Tuesday the tickets are $12.

That's partly why I was originally going to ride Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues. So folks could get in on that ticket.

Ray, season passes should be $299. Not $399.

Steve, both me and Ray have season passes, so you can get a discounted ticket at the resort when either of us show our passes. But Cliff is the pass hunter. He'd know the best places to find tickets cheaper. If I remember, I'll call tomorrow and find out what the price is with season pass holders. I think it'll drop it like $10 or 15.

Nice, alright I'll try and call Bear and find out what the discount is. Saturday and Sunday 3 people could get discounted tickets since Ray, his brother Jordan and I all have passes.

Me, Cliff (boardoholic) and Justin (subi4justin) went to Kwood today, it was fuggin awesome. I demo'd some 190 Rossi S7 powder boards and it was fresh and deep all day. I broke a pole literally in half eating **** before the trees off the wave, lol. Had a friggin blast drank lots of beer in the process and we all ate fish tacos at the Kirkwood inn after and drank with Coop! So ready for Saturday with the homies.
