Really? i guess anyone can look since the Jackass guys did it pretty well lol and then theyd file a lawsuit just to get some money.

they see 100 people a night, even if you say hi and whats up, i dont know anyone in any retail/food job that can remember the names of everyone they see.

You can be best friends with the coffee shop girl, but dont take it personally when she forgets your name!
