ROCK BAND 2 thread
so who has purchased rock band 2 for the ps3 or 360? im about to go and buy it at gamestop right now and wanted to see how you guys feel about the new rockband!!!

The new songs are pretty tight plus you can down load all the old songs from rock band 1. Also Rush yyz

I have it for the 360, I think there is a bunch of great songs on there especially "everlong" by the Foo Fighters. A very good drum song.

I am looking forward to that new set though with the symbols.

the ps3 one just came out so i just went to pick mine up from gamestop for a little more then 200 after tax =]. i haven't played it yet its still in the box just sitting there but hopefully after i get some time to play it, it will be fun!

does anyone know if im going to be able to transfer the songs i bought on rock band 1 onto rock band 2?

yep,for a small fee of $4.99

it will save on your ps3 HD then you can play those songs on quickplay mode.it will say on the left side of the song 1 for rb1 and 2 for rb2 songs.purchased songs will have an arrow pointing down meaning dloaded

^^no... 5 bucks to transfer the songs off the rock band 1 disk, doesn't cost a thing and you do nothing to get the songs that you bought off xbox market

well i jsut checked my rockband and i only got the songs i purchased. it automatically transfered it somehow but i miss some of the old rockband 1 songs.. so ima see if i can just download them for free.

That is because the songs you purchased are saved on to your hard drive(not automatically transfered). If you want all the songs from the rock band 1 then you have to pay the 4.99.

hes on a ps3 forgot to mention some rb1 titles will show up on the mystery set list and custom list on tour mode also.
