why not just buy hub-cap spinners? at least you won't get pulled over for those ones.

 

Try going to a military surplus store, a sporting good store/camping store or even some hole in the wall hippie joint for some chemlights.

If it's for a one time thing you could spend $10-15 and put one on each spoke with duct tape for a good laugh and a lot of attention. search for 'cyalume'

i put these on my old boses BMW a couple years ago, just on the passenger side so he would never see them driving home, he never mentioned it or asked us about it, but we know they were on there for almost a week before he took them off

 

i wouldnt call those rice at all..

i would call them oaktown bling bling

 

better yet, get some blue chrome spinners and some glowsticks for each spinner spoke....lol...

 

You see more of this kinda crap down in the southbay than up here in the Biggity Oak. Up here you get more gold and chrome than leds and carbon fibre...lol...
