Looks like a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Probably for postal service.

Don't know why though; Jeep makes a postal version of the Wrangler already set-up for RHD.

Many rural carriers must provide their own wheels.

I used to work at a Sears Auto Center in SoCal, and one lady had a bright red RHD Jeep Cherokee that came in for tires and alignment. She didn't warn me, and when I jumped in the "driver's seat", I looked over at the controls on the other side, and realized I'd been played.

 

Did not know that. Very interesting.....

 

What if you need to use your turn signals or windshield wipers?
