too bad you can't use a ball peen hammer to replicate the dent pattern on the drunk's skull. hopefully there aren't any lingering effects from the accident.

and just last monday I got a hold of the other dude and he has insurance

Dont Settle with the insurance company, you should be able to get $5000 on top of damges for pain and suffering....I have done this personally, and I have helped a couple of friends get it...if you need any help or advice get ahold of me and I will help you out.
