Restaurants in Fremont to take a date?

I met this girl who lives in Fremont and I am not really familiar with the area. So I was hoping somebody could suggest some good restaurants in the area to take her to.

I know I could ask her, but I would rather just surprise her, plus you guys might know some good restaurants she has never been to. Type of food doesn't matter as long as it is yummy.

TIA

papillon is good. dress well if you're gonna eat there... the crab stuffed chicken is awesome if you're not sure what to order.

there's massimo's on mowry too. good italian food there, nice setting etc.

just a thought....

pick her up in fremont, put her in the car, and take her over the dumbarton bridge into palo alto...to NOLA'S...you could get a table, but i suggest eating at the bar...

...only if the thought of leaving fremont crosses your mind...!!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually used to work in Palo Alto, so I'm very familiar with all the restaurants around university ave. Nola's is a great place. We will head over there another time, but for the time being I'm still deciding on where to go in fremont.

..and you wonder why you're single. LOL. I kid, I kid. It's for a date, not where to meet up with a buddy for pancakes.
