Requesting someone to do headlights...

Hey BAIC, I was wondering if anyone in SJ south bay area would mind helping me out and re-doing my right headlight. Condensation formed and I've been meaning to fix it up, but I don't have the proper tools to do so. If anyone would mind giving me a hand and helping me out with it, I'll gladly buy you some dinner or something (at some place reasonable of course. ) TIA!

I've done a bunch of headlights. To my knowledge no one has had any problems. Let me know when you want to make them right.

Are you going to be doing all this work for free? If so, I have some shoes that need shining, a suit that needs to be pressed, and my car needs to be washed and waxed (just one coat; not two, please) and wheels need to be cleaned.

What time should I come by to have this done. It will be getting dark soon, so, the sooner you get started....

I didn't say anythiung about doing them for free. As I'm sure they know free doesn't get you much except condensation and leaky headlights.

Exclamation Wait!

Before you do this... check to make sure it's NOT the seal surrounding the bulbs! This has been my problem twice ~ the 1st time I broke the lights apart and resealed and it happened again... 2nd time around I found the real problem.

Just get some KY Jelley (I didn't ask IF you had some) and smear it thick on the rubber seals. Trust me, 50% of the time THIS is the issue, not the seal between the headlight pieces. It never came back, but now I re-do it every 3-4 months and I am golden!

Took me 2hrs total. Probably a little longer if you apply extra sealant (not needed IMO)
