Reputable body shop?

Hey all,

Some of you might know that I've gotten tapped in the rear, not cool at all as it was a hit and run . Anyway, are there any places or reputable body shops in the bay area to take my car to? I'm going to get my rear bumper repainted along with a JDM wagon skirt along with a hood (C/f) colormatched. TIA!

Specific location??

SF, I'd probably go to Selecta Auto Body on 25th Street.

Berkeley, I'd probably recommend Baron Von Frier.

North Bay, I'd probably ask the LIC crew who they use. Quality Auto Body in Mill Valley does good work from what I've seen, though.

South Bay, you're on your own.

The Works autobody in Santa Clara. Talk to Chris, the owner. Worth the drive. I have seen their work first-hand and heard other shops recommend them "if you need something done right."

just don't go to Chabot Collision... my mom knows the guy that works there so I got my STi scoop done. First time, paint wasn't even the same color in different parts of the scoop, 2nd time, there's a lot of bubbles in the paint, and he said he couldn't do any better than that.

Never again...

Or "The Masters" in Hayward. Take a look at my RS to see why. Yikes!

+1 for the Works Autobody in Santa Clara. They work very fast and only took them 2 days to replace my left front fender. Very good job!! All very helpful people there. Thanks to them I got my car really fast.
