About $2k a month give or take

 

i might have something for you. its in the msj area, on Lower Vintners Circle. 4 bed/3.5 bath, one story house. we are thinking somewhere in the ballpark of $2500 per month, and the current tenants suck.

 

can hardly get a 2/2 for that price around our parts. what are we doing in the city?!?! i used to live in vineyard hills, great area. if it weren't so far from work i'd almost consider moving.

actually 2bd/2bath can be had right now in the city for around $2200. nice areas too like parts of the mission and lower haight. rental market is crap right now. good for us renters though.

 

my friend/workmate has a house for rent in hayward if thats not too far north...off industrial, between 880 and mission. Ive been to his place a few times and its in a nice area. (5 min, driving distance from GST) lol

3bed, 2bath, kitchen ,dining room, patio, quiet street looking at $1,700-$2,000.mo
