I usually go with enterprise, but whatever - have fun beating the living dog snot out of your rental car

 

If you're near an airport, use hotwire.com. Crazy f'in cheap deals.

Call up budget, hertz, enterprise, all the big companies and compare prices. they adjust their prices daily to each other. Also if you book in advance you can usually get a better deal. Also if you're booking for a week or longer you can haggle your way into a cheaper price. Take into account liability insurance and collision insurance. i worked at a car rental place and it was a good experience.
