Just wanted to remind anyone who buys a second hand car where the original owner bought a Subaru extended warranty to do it within 30 days of purchase. I didn't know this and thought the warranty was with the car regardless of the owner (this is how Mercedes does it) and now I'm 5 months late in registering it. Hopefully I won't have any problems but if I do, then that'll be a heartbreaker b/c I have some things I want to get fixed. If anybody knows a Bay area dealer who is supportive of my late transfer and can help me, please let me know. It's like throwing money away if things don't work out. TIA!
