haha im asian too, I do agree some asian people can't drive, try driving in oakland china town. also on island dr. in alameda, someone was on the wrong side of the road and i honked the crap out of them then they realized they were on the wrong side of the road.
That's what I found interesting too... I wonder if it's a mandatory thing... hell, American cars should have the same thing. Then in any wreck, you don't say anything and just turn in the video to your Insurance company.
