Regarding Redbull Meet!
Anyone else get popped in san jose this friday night. I was at In & Out last night (Friday) the 6th and there was cops everywhere. Had at least 3-4 people pulled over at a time in the parking lot. Yes this was the one off Capital expy. I tried to roll out under cover when they had all these cars pulled over but i guess i wasn't to sly. Got pulled over with my two friends in the ride. We got hands out the window, don't reach for nothing fast treatment. They are doing Vehicle inspections around there and I don't know if it will be safe next weekend. Just putting in my 2 cents from first hand experience. Is this event O.K with In & Out cause if it is it might not be that bad. Beware in san jose they had my hood popped and everything. They didn't believe me when i said my car was all stock except for the exhaust. Little did they know i got HelixTBE but i cut the heatshield to hide my downpipe so everything looks stock under the hood. Stock 04 STI gettin hassled. Its that damn spoiler and hood scoop.

What was the reason for them checking people's cars for? They have to have a valid reason. If you are rolling through the parking lot to shop or eat and they do that, they can get into trouble. Is that area known for problems or something? Good that they are taking an active roll in doing something, but like I said, they can't just search your car because they 'feel' like it. Were they searching inside the vehicles or under the hood or something? I've never had this happen before.

that's bull crap. You don't just pull people over for no reason. If I got pulled over and no ticket I'd write down badge numbers and file an official complaint for profiling....specially with a stock looking sti.
maybe lets set it up someplace else...delay it a couple weeks and get permission from the business lot we hold it at. That way if we get hasseled we have cause to file a complaint.
I'd really rather not get popped for my tinted windows for being at a place like this and not having any other mods.
