Thumbs down redwood city traffic court

Went in this morning trying to get a fix it exhaust ticket dismissed, and the lady said the cvc 27151 wasnt on the $10 dismiss list, so i had to pay $110 for bail, and go back later to contest it in court. it wasnt this much hassle the last time i got the same ticket in berkeley. sucks.

I have to agree RC court sucks. I was just there the other day. The ***** judge would not even let me present written doc's from my employer, and my doctor why I missed an appearance. $310, and a not guilty plea later,, I find myself on the phone with my lawyer preparing to stick it to 'em. Check this my court date isn't til 3/1/05. Any one is welcome to attend.LOL

I don't see why you're blaming the court vapor. You broke the law, deal with it. It isn't the court's fault that you modified your exhaust and got a ticket for it.

I'm not, but I mean seriously... I hate it when people mod their car(s), and then ***** and moan and/or place the blame elsewhere for getting fined. If you can't pay, don't play.
