Hopefully you have uninsured motorist coverage on your policy. Sucks to have to deal with. My friend got sideswiped in ESSJ by a Mexican guy with no CDL, no registration and of course no insurance too.

****kkkk sorry bro. I had a incident today as well but im blue. Stupid truck had a bunch of metal food trays fall off the back of it. Avoided the first two but the third one hit the lower driver side of my front bumper and completely knocked out my bumper vent and put a nice scratch in my clear bra but other then that i came out okay.

Hope it all works out for you

ugh, tough week for red wagons

And yeah, if he has any kind of financing on it, its pretty much mandatory by the leinholder to carry uninsured motorist coverage, at least on every car ive ever bought.

Not exactly, I was in the same situation last November.

Dude had no lic, no reg, no insurance, and was an illegal. I paid nothing out of pocket, just as long as you have uninsured motorist coverage you're good, the insurance will just persue the dude in court for money.
