Doesnt look like there is any frame damage but that is a lot of damage + deployed airbags..

YES IT IS...the curtain airbag came out and frame is bent...its totaled

This is my Mom's car and she and my little brother was in the accident. Yea I told her I hope the car is totaled, because it's never going to drive or look the same when she bought it less then a year ago =[

I had something similar happen but mine wasnt totaled its all better now though...

i don't think it is totalled. the body didn't shift enough to crack the rear window.
hopefully you get enough insurance money to get it all fixed.

yea the rear window isnt even crack. right now all i see is that it needs some body work. got any pictures of the frame of the car? or pictures with the wheel off?

Yeah, totalled is just what the insurance terms it when it costs more to repair than the value of the car. Just about anything can be repaired.

Doubt if it is totaled because it is a new car. The cost might come out to 10-12K in repairs though.
