Recommended places to get bumper painted?

As the title states, I got a new bumper from Subaru and I need to get it painted. I'm selling the car so I don't want to spend a fortune on a good paint job, but it does need to look good and match. Shop preferably in the east bay.

Any recommendations?

Any one know of a place either on the Peninsula or South Bay. Creative customs wants $400 for a front bumper. That seems alot.

probably at the price being high

I wouldn't pay $400 for a bumper to be painted.
