I'm sorry for dragging this subject up again, but for the fellow i-clubbers that live in the east bay, where do you guys recommend I get my car serviced? I've heard bad things about almost every dealer in the bay area, with the exception of Santa Cruz. But that is not an option because of the distance ( I live in Castro Valley).

BTW -Up till now I've been going to Livermore Subaru but a recent post has me worried. I was wondering wher all of you guys go for maintenance and service.

I didnt like walnut creek the first time around, but they treated me right when I went in there yesterday....covered all my warranty issues.

I don't remember the exact post but someone posted that their car was damaged by the dealer and the dealer refused to repair the car at first, then the dealer agreed to fix the car, but the paint warranty would then be null and void.

 

I bought mine from livermore with a chip and it was rusting.. for some reason I didnt notice it. 2 weeks later i called them and they got the door painted and fixed. They paid for my car rental as well. I heard one of the service guys ******* I-club though
