maybe it wasn't his fault?

i hate it when people think if a car is wrecked it is all their fault completely.
this is a good case but still angers me

im like this cause i got hit (t boned by a soccer mom while goin to school, she ran a stop sign) but a hwhole bunch of people who i tell i've been in an accident instantly think its my fault because im a young driver in a fast car :\

Well said, i usually think its either a horrible case of misfortune OR its the driver's fault, assumptions is the mother of all f-ups afterall.

i still think its driver error from looking at the picture of that wreck.

yes, assumption is a ***** and an old man like me will always think it is young drivers fault whenever they are telling an accident they are invovled. unless they can prove me wrong by providing some sort of evidence.

Besides speeding tickets, I was in many accidents myself when I was younger. most of the time I wasn't at fault, and ppl still assumed it was mine. Its biased I know..but thats just the way it is! young drivers are inexperienced and that is why insurance rates are so high for young adults.

and u want to talk about getting t-boned? yeah i was t-boned in my GVR4 by an young adult in his early 20s (ran a redlight in sf) in a Suburban going 60mph. I survived!
