Edit: Wait, wait...you have to have at least one catalytic converter? What about open class? I'll probably get owned in open class, but that's alright.

* Special case for older cars that orignally came from the factor w/o any cats. I'll be updating the language to reflect that.
Thanks for the info, I guess I'm doomed. Hahaha, oh well, I'll be there to have fun, not to win.
Is registration for the September rally school open yet, or is everything still in the works?

A couple of things:
1) Having no cats will definitely throw you into Open.
2) I'll be interested to see how Azeni Sports handle out there. They have surprisingly good grip in the rain, but can't imagine those huge curvy blocks will grip well in the soft stuff. At any rate, they have relatively stiff sidewalls for a street tire, so you probably don't have to run them up to 40psi. I'd guess that something around 36 will probably be good.
3) ES100s are somewhat softer, and you'll probably need to run them up to somewhere 40psi like any other street tire. 30% tread will make things entertaining.
4) What you see in the picture MoDrift posted is really just a malfunction in his top secret stealth cone transport system. He keeps the car under wraps so I haven't been able to check it out very closely, but I believe it uses big vacuum intakes just behind the front wheels to pick up any cones from under the car, and then there's a high-speed robotic arm in the rear which quickly replaces the acquired cone with another identical one right behind the car. This is all covered by a smoke screen projector from an Abrams M1A1 tank that I think he got cheap on Ebay. At any rate, I have video of it in action - it's pretty slick.

I do have one picture of my M1A1 projector set to 150%
If I remember correctly the passenger's arm holding on for take-off in this pic was Duo's.
that does look like my arm. And all i remember you saying was dont block the ebrake and at first i didnt knwo why till you took the first turn. and i saw your arms and hands everywhere. It seemed you had fifty arms at once..I am not small and i was trying to stay to one side...............
ok i was a bit scared, i did have to replace the cones while the dirt was in the air as you knocked them down i had to be quick and the oh **** bar helps me get out of the car...
