Radar/Laser detector/jammer from Costco
Anyone ever tried this? I have a V1 and it works fine but looks like this radar/laser dectector/jammer is cheap and Costco has a great return policy but not sure if it actually works. Anyone ever tried it?

No, not looking to replace it since I have lots of faith in it. However, I got an email from Costco listing their holiday sale items and this was one of them. This one is legal in CA b/c apparently the jamming abilities can be turned off according to the manufacturer's website. A great loophole if you ask me...

I have one, A older one. It works but not as much as if your paying attention to your surroundings.
Is it avalible in store? I'll go pick up a new one if so. I also have a buddy in the aor force as a radar tech. He's made me some sick ****.... Plus I dont need to have to worry about kids anymore.. :->

Not true. There are radar jammers, however they are many thousands of dollars and high illegal for the general public to use. The millitary on the other hand....
jammin
Good idea, I mean if you can buy Tomcat parts at surplus I am sure you must be able to scrounge together a mil spec radar jammer.
BTW, I commute past SFO at 9am and 9pm. Just a heads up. https://www.i-club.com/forums/images/smilies/peace.gif

(also, the unit discussed above are illegal in CA per Rocky Mountain's website)
