those are proffessionals in a track made to be raced on.

i'm not playing mr. doo gooder here... racing is dangerous... and i think more dangerous in public streets...

i have to remind myself that when some a$$ revs on me... i have two kids too and wouldn't want them to be subyfather less.

peace!

just be careful... and remind yourself that when you race on public roads you are not only putting yourself at risk... but also people you share the road w/.

if you want to test the limits of your car and learn how to drive it fast join NASA or SCCA... $200 for approx 80 minutes of flat our racing! I logged 97.5 miles last time i was at the track

Vince,

if you are serious about taking your car out to race.

here are some links:

http://www.sfrscca.org/solo2/

that's autox... where they race in a 40-80 second long circuits... its VERY safe... you basically go around cones

http://www.nasaproracing.com/norcal/...03Calendar.htm

that's nor. cal's events for NASA, this one is for road racing where you actually race at the FULL road courses... very addicting... so be careful

wednesday night drags... you'll see a thread here weekly... talk to kurlee dadee... 1/4 fun on a track if you are into that.

hope that helps.

regards,

SD
