not sure if this already got posted here, but i was randomly goin through "the other forum" and someone posted of a gas station off 680 andrade exit offering race gas.. just a heads up i guess...

Just wanted to let everyone know that the gas station off the Andrade exit on 680 has race gas available for $5.59 gal. The exit is after Mission Blvd. heading North on 680. It's just past Fremont.
I stopped there today and pump 10 had a race gas pump. I went in to ask about it and the guy said they will have it in a few weeks. He was not aware that people would buy the stuff. I told him I always see people at the 76 in San Jose filling up with 100. And that the 76 in SJ sells it for 4.77 gal.
If you stop by there ask him about it so he knows people are interested. It would be nice to have a gas station in the east bay stock some race gas. :banana:

i live in fremont and forget theres 2 mission exits. thanks for clearing it up. as what Matt mentioned, i get my 100 in SJ. im always in the area and its a lot cheaper.

This place used to have 100 octane, but it's been dead for at least 6 months (which is as long as it's been along my new commute). It just reopened about a week ago, I've been meaning to stop in and see if the new owner was going to carry 100. I'll be sure to encourage him.

I stopped by today and talked for a while. They don't have race gas yet, they haven't found a supplier that carries it but they are waiting to hear back from several. So they are trying. Stop by and encourage them, they have cheap 91 octane too.

It literally a pump that us used to fill barrels/containers for airplanes i think. Like crop dusters. But literally, it's 76 100oct. Some of use have known about it for probably nearly 4 or 5 years now, but since the station was fenced off a year ago, i figured it was out of business. It's about a 15min drive for me, and I'm happy it's available since i may be going to a piggy back that can do timing advance and getting 3-5 gallons of that would work out great.

really close to you. just take the onramp infront of your house and take 680North. just keep going for a couple miles and take Andrade exit. its the 2nd exit after the big *** hill. you can't miss it.
