Also if they are can I run wagon axles in the front and sedan in the back (2.5RS with WRX Swap)

I am pretty sure they are different lengths, with the wagon axles being shorter. I believe you can run whatever combo you want, but be prepared for some camber issues. NASIOC has some good info on this.
