hey anyone know where they make custom dress in the east bay? my cousin wants to know so she could get one done for her senior ball

I have a friend in Castro Valley though, not sure about how open her work schedule is. When is Sr ball, since she usually likes atleast a few weeks in advance. Also, it'll be a good idea to have picked out a fabric, style, etc by the time you find someone.
