Questions about new coilovers and alignment

Just got my RCE T2 in today and was planning on having them installed and aligned by auto innovations but I was wondering is it true that you should wait a week or so for the coilovers to settle before an alignment?

Also unfortunately AI doesn't do corner balancing so I was wondering if you guys had any shops that you would recommend?

Thanks!

you don't need to wait a week. usually with springs you want to wait a couple days so it settles. but with coilovers, they'll settle by the time you drive to the place. just make sure your front camber is more negative than your rear.

call speedelement, i know they know a good shop to get corner balancing done, just don't remember the name.

I've always taken my cars to Brandon at Kraus Racing in Castro Valley for my custom alignments and cornerweights. Excellent work. I would also put a few miles on the set up before getting aligned. My coilovers settled maybe 1/2 an inch in less than 100 miles.

Custom Alignment in Mountain View does corner weighting.
You might wanna have the alignment done by them at the same time

Auto RnD just down the street from SpeedElement does alignment and corner balancing. I heard they do good work but haven't personally used them myself.

Yeah I'll do a little photoshoot when I get home

I called custom alignment and their prices were a bit high and then I called Roger Kraus Racing and they hooked it up with a pretty good price so I made an appointment with them.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!
